With this feature, a Receipt Agreement that was In Cross-Company Sale a Delivery Agreement that is created in one company (Company A) can be sent and handled in another company (Company B ). When a Delivery Agreement is created, released/ posted in Company A, the Wisefish Cross- Company Inbox message is triggered which when processed, automatically creates a Receipt Agreement in the Company B.

Prerequisite: It is required that both companies have set up Setup and activated the Wisefish Cross-Company functionality. Both of them need to have the Wisefish Cross-Company Partner Type set to Trader and have each other set up as Cross-Company Partners.

Getting Started

Create Delivery Agreement in Company A

The first step is to create a new Delivery Agreement in Company A. Select the Customer connected to Company B (in Cross-Company Partners) as the Sell-To Customer and add the trade items to be sold in the Delivery Agreement lines.

Post/ Release Delivery Agreement

When the Delivery Agreement is released / posted (depending on the Create CC Msg. on setting in Wisefish Cross-Company Setup), a message is sent to Company B. Information about the sent message is displayed in the Cross-Company panel of the Delivery Agreement and also in the Fact Box.

Manual/ Automatic Processing of Wisefish Cross-Company Inbox messages

After the message is received on Company B side, it is displayed in the Wisefish Cross-Company Inbox or the Wisefish Cross-Company Handled Inbox, depending if received messages are handled automatically or not.
In case messages are not handled automatically, the message needs to be accepted manually and the processed by clicking on Complete Line Actions completed.

Automatically Create Receipt Agreement in Company B

When the CC Inbox message is processed a Receipt Agreement is created automatically in Company B. The message is then moved to the Handled Inbox. Additional In addition to the original Delivery Agreement Document No., it also shows information about the Receipt Agreement that was created in Company B.

You can view and verify the Receipt Agreement created in the Company B. The Header and lines in the Receipt Agreement are based on the information sent in the message from Company A.

Send Status Update to Company A

Once the Receipt Agreement has been created in Company B, a Status update is sent to the original Delivery Agreement, including information about the Document No. of the Receipt Agreement. This update is displayed in the Fact Box.
