The 15- step process begins with a fishing trip, then follows the catch from vessel to landing and into the production process, it shows the transformation of raw materials into products and ultimately describes the sale of a product to the final customer. At every step it is possible to pause and deep dive into the documents and transaction data related to the relevant action.
