Resolved Issues:

Landing Type Code not required in Fishing Trip header
Changes were made to allow "Landing Type Code" to be blank in a "Fishing Trip" header. This allows companies that land to both own factory and to fish market to select different Landing Type Codes in Fishing Trip Inbound from Fish Market error, saying that the record would alreay exist
It is now ensured that the latest Flushed line is found and the "Line No." field got that +1 to be able to create the flushed lines.
