Currently if there is no DDM setup the Packing list report is printed like any other reports. An enhancement has been made so that the Packing List report can be printed like any other reports from the Delivery Agreement List and Delivery Agreement Card page if the status of the Delivery Agreement is Opened and Released. Otherwise it points to the created Links and asks the user to use the saved copy in the link.
Now, if you do not have the DDM setup, then the packing list is printed like any other reports, but otherwise it only prints if status is Open/Released. Otherwise it points to the created Links and asks the user to use the saved copy in the link.
