Allow creation of new Fishing Trip for each FSO Note.

An enhancement has been done in such that a new Fishing Trip is created for each note. A new field “Create Fishing Trip per FSO Note” which when checked create a New Fishing Trip for each FSO Note.
Resolved Issues:
Improve filtering on FSO Note No. and make sure vessel fields are populated.

The error has been fixed by creating a new field which can accept longer chars . The old field has been made obsolete and all references have been moved to the new one.
