On the stock center card, there is a field “Stock Center Type“ containing the option value “External Producer”:

This is a leftover from the time when the “Stock Center” table was named “Producer”, a decade ago.
As a consequence, this concept of having a “Stock Center” categorized as “External”, using the option value “External Producer”, has frequently led to misunderstanding (from the user’s point of view).
This change will for instance affect A change has been made that affects the field “External Producer” in the sales agreement line table, to be represented as “External Stock Center” from now on.
After Change
The “Stock Center Type” field in the “Stock Center” table, now represents the stock center outside the organization as “External”:
