User guide to Scanning to Delivery Agreements
This feature provides the user with the ability to scan or manually enter a pallet barcode they want to input into a Delivery Agreement. The user would scan the pallet with a Transport Unit selected which is the intended Transport Unit for that pallet. Here is a step by step guide on how to use this feature.

The last feature within the Agreement I want to demonstrate is the edit and remove function. If we open the “Picked Items” tab again, we can see the items that have been entered to the Agreement. The User can press the edit button as long as the item is not in a closed TU, if that is the case we can see a lock icon next to the item.
Edit (change TU):
To edit the Pallet, you press the edit button where you can see info about the item and a dropdown list of the available TUs, select the TU that the pallet belongs in and hit confirm. Nothing else can be changed within the agreement.Unload Pallet:
This function is used if you want to remove the pallet from the Agreement and from the TU. To do this press the button in the bottom left corner (I have circled it in the following image).
Note: The pallet removed becomes available for selection and should be placed back in the warehouse, for that reason we recommend using the “Move Pallet” function to keep track of where the pallet was placed after removal.

The last feature is the “Finish DA” option. This can only be accessed used to close the DA and by doing that removing it from picking within the Stream application. This functionality is accessible from the menu where you select a DA (See the first photo on this page). When is selected by pressing the red “Close” button. This is intended to be used when you have scanned all the items you want in to the Agreement, . When you press the “Finish DA” button. When that is done you see the following interface, where you can either “Confirm” or “Cancel”. Once you hit confirm“Close” button a pop up appears with some info about the Agreement and once you hit “Confirm” in that pop up, the Agreement is removed from selection in Stream. The Warehouse Picking Status changes from “Ready “Process for Picking” to “Picking Finished” and the agreement lines are adjusted to the amount you have scanned to the Agreement.
If that is an issue and you want to keep track of the amount the customer ordered I suggest using the field “Cust. Ordered Quantity” when creating the Agreement. That way you can still keep track of what the customer ordered.
