From this screen there are 4 ways of receiving a pallet. The operation you are going to use depends on if you want to create a new pallet barcode from your system or use the existing barcode that was used by the sender of the pallet.
If you wish to create a new pallet barcode from your system to replace the existing barcode on the pallet, this is how you do that:Press the “+Create Pallet” button that is visible in the top right corner of the screen.
When you do that you will see this pop up on your screen, here you can specify the number of Boxes on the pallet (this field is by default set to the amount of boxes it takes to fill one pallet, so you should not need to change this when receiving full pallets).
You also have the option to print or not print a barcode for the pallet, in this case it is by default on, because you are replacing the existing barcode on the pallet with a new one.
Press confirm to confirm that you are receiving the Pallet.
Skip to step 7 if you are going to be using your own barcodes and don't care about how to use existing barcodes.

I In this step I will demonstrate the 3 possible way ways of how to receive and use the external barcode on the pallet.
Normal scan with a barcode scanner
If you have a connected barcode scanner you can simply scan the external barcode and get to the next step.Manually enter the barcode , scroll
Scroll up and you will see an input field where you can manually enter the pallet barcode.Use the camera,
For this to work, there should not be a barcode scanner connected. To use the camera simply scroll up and press the camera icon that is besides the input field, then point the camera towards the barcode. All the functions above take you to the following pop up screen. Just like the pop up for a new pallet barcode, where you have the option to modify the number of boxes are on the pallet , and print the pallet label, but that option is not selected by default because there is already a pallet label on the pallet.
If that pallet label is not damaged, you should not need a new one.
Press confirm to confirm that you are receiving the Pallet.
