Creating xml Catch Certificates
When creating a xml Catch Certificate, the Wisefish Tariff No set on the Item is now used, instead of the standard Tariff no.
Add notes to existing Lots
Functionality was added that sets a filter on Note No field in Catch Certificate Entries so that new entries can be added with the same information in other fields, but different in Note No.

Supply-Driven Reservation not behaving correctly for Delivery Agreements Posted Purchase Invoice - Total amount is showing half of the correct amount
The totals in the Purchase Invoice Report shows an amount that is only half of the actual invoice amount.
This problem has been fixed.
