Schedules trips can be issued ahead of time, It they can be issued, days, weeks or months ahead.
Create a Single Scheduled Trip
From the home page go to Scheduled Trips.

Click on +New.

A new Scheduled Trip opens and is ready to be filled out.

General Tab
The No. field can be left empty and by registering Shipping Agent Code field (or any other field), the system assigns the scheduled trip a new number into the No. field according the designated numbering series as specified in the Logistics setup.
