User guide to Scanning to Delivery Agreements
This feature provides the user with the ability to scan or manually enter a pallet barcode they want to input into a Delivery Agreement. The user would scan the pallet with a Transport Unit selected which is the intended Transport Unit for that pallet. Here is a step by step guide on how to use this feature.

Prerequisites
Pallets to scan into the Agreements.
Delivery Agreement containing TI Lines.
A Scheduled Trip needs to be attached to that Delivery Agreement.
That Scheduled Trip needs to have at least one Transport Unit attached.
The Delivery Agreement’s status must then be changed to “Released”.
For the Delivery Agreement to appear in the list it has to be “Placed into Picking”, that action changes the “Warehouse Picking Status” to “Process for Picking”
When this has been done in BC the Agreement should appear in the list of Agreements within the Stream application.
Step by step guide
Click on “Scan to Delivery” “Delivery Agreements” function in the main menu. A page containing all Delivery Agreements that the user can pick to is displayed along with important info about the DA such as number of Transport Units, how many boxes have been scanned to the Agreement and more.

From this page select the DA you want to scan pallets to and when you do that you will see something similar to the images below.
To be picked.
There are two tabs you can select, they are:three possible tabs that might be visible, two of them are always visible (“Summary” and “Picked Items”), the other tab depends on the picking method of the Agreement and is called “Pre-reserved Items”.
Summary
Here you can see the lines of the agreement and how much has been selected to the Agreement among the total amount that should be picked to the Agreement.Pre-reserved Items
This tab is only visible if a pallet has been reserved to that Agreement, the reserved pallets are displayed here and should be scanned to the Agreement.Picked Items.
Here you can see the already scanned items to the Agreement.

In order to scan pallets to the selected Agreement you must first select a Transport Unit, scanning and manually entering a barcode is disabled until a Transport Unit is selected.
As you can see on the image below, after selecting a Transport Unit the Keyboard button can be selected as well as the “Close TU” (Close Transport Unit) button.

scroll up to reveal an input bar where the user is able to manually enter a barcode or press the camera icon in order to use the camera.
(Camera only works if no Scanner is connected to the device)

If the operation was successful there will be a clear indicator on the screen as well as if the operation was not completed for some reason a descriptive error message should appear.
Once you have filled the Transport Unit you have selected and want to close it, you can press the “Close TU” “Close” button.
In that interface you can change the name of the Transport Unit (optional) and enter the TUs “Seal No.” Then simply press “Confirm” to close the TU and remove it as an option to pick to.

Unload Pallet:
This function is used if you want to remove the pallet from the Agreement and from the TU. To do this press the button in the bottom left corner (I have circled it in the following image).
Note: The pallet removed becomes available for selection and should be placed back in the warehouse, for that reason we recommend using the “Move Pallet” function to keep track of where the pallet was placed after removal.

“Close” button a pop up appears with some info about the Agreement and once you hit “Confirm” in that pop up, the Agreement is removed from selection in Stream. The Warehouse Picking Status changes from

“Process for Picking” to “Picking Finished” and the agreement lines are adjusted to the amount you have scanned to the Agreement.
If that is an issue and you want to keep track of the amount the customer ordered I suggest using the field “Cust. Ordered Quantity” when creating the Agreement. That way you can still keep track of what the customer ordered.
