Posting a Delivery Agreement will automatically send the required information to TIMPEX and update WiseFish with the associated expedition number.

Next step would be to reserve Trade Items. Trade Items can be reserved through inventory or through production/purchase.

There are some actions that can be performed prior to posting a Delivery Agreement, such as adding an estimated additional cost, connecting logistics, etc. To view the those actions click here.

Finally, the Delivery Agreement is posted. Click here to view how that is done.

Note that the options when posting the Sales Order are a little different from the instructions in the Delivery Agreement manual since the Ship on Invoice is on. The options can be seen on the image below. In this example the Ship and Invoice was chosen.

Customs Section in the Delivery Agreement

There is a Customs section under the Shipping tab in the Delivery Agreement. TEXTI.

Once a Delivery Agreement is posted the Customs Declaration No. field gets assigned a number/document. To open the document click on the document.

The document opens up on a new page.
