Enhancements:
Catch certificates assigned to lots
Catch certificate information should be assigned to lots. Users can assign catch certificate information to lots across various stages of the production process, enhancing traceability and compliance.
Receipt Agreement Assignment: Users can now allocate catch certificate details to lines within receipt agreements. Upon posting the receipt agreement, assigned origins are linked to respective lots.
Production Lot Assignment: Two scenarios are addressed: firstly, upon raw material consumption, origin lot entries are fetched; secondly, users can now assign catch certificate information to production lots, with precedence over origin lot data upon later consumption.
Delivery Agreement Assignment: Catch certificate information can be assigned to each line within delivery agreements. Receipt agreements derived from delivery agreements inherit line-specific catch certificate details.
Export: Users gain the ability to register and retrieve catch certificate information, promoting efficient record-keeping and documentation.
Fetch catch certificate entries from lots
The "Create Entries" action in the Catch Certificate Entries page now fetches entries through connected trade item lots, ensuring accurate catch certificate documentation. This enhancement applies when accessing the Catch Certificate page from various locations, including Posted Sales Shipment and Invoice pages, Pallet Card page, and Delivery Agreement page
Resolved Issues:
Catch Reporting issues
Changes were made so that the "External Stock Center" field in the Lot Card for the Raw Material or Products landed from a Fishing Trip now gets it’s value from the Vessel’s "Original Producer" field if the vessel is not marked as "Own Vessel (Landed in Stock)" and the "Original Producer" field isn’t empty. If the vessel is marked as "Own Vessel (Landed in Stock)" or the "Original Producer" field is empty, the lot’s "External Stock Center" is filled in by the vessel’s "Stock Center Code" field.
There was a disconnect between the new changes to the Catch Certificate system and creating a fishing trip from an FSO Note. A change was made so that when a fishing trip is created from an FSO Note and then landed, the system creates Catch Certificate Entries using info from the Fishing Trip, connected to the lot associated with the Trade Items that are created.
Adjust Product Recording option does not work on landed FTs, incorrectly fetching the Fishing Trip No.
There was an issue that prevented the user from being able to Adjust Product Lines in Landed Fishing Trips.
The reason for the issue was that the Fishing Trip No. was changed when adjusting the RM, so as you can see in the image below the FT No. had changed to include 3 letters at the end (ADJ). Because of this the user could not Adjust the RM Lines, this has been fixed so the functionality works as intended.
