Manually Create a Declaration Document

If the creation of the Declaration Document did not go through when the Sales Order was shipped, it is possible to create the Declaration manually, either from the Delivery Agreement or from the Sales Shipment.

This can only be done when the Sales Order is shipped.

Creating a Declaration Document from a Delivery Agreement

From the Delivery Agreement go to Actions > Customs > Create Declaration.

The system confirms that a Declaration document has been created.

Creating a Declaration Document from a Sales Shipment

In addition to that the user can create a Declaration Document from the Sales Shipment go to Actions > Customs > Create Declaration.
