Single Deliveries

When Creating a single Delivery Agreement from a Blanket Sales Agreement, that is not through scheduled deliveries, the action Create a Delivery Agreement is run. First Release Blanket Sales Agreement.

Once the agreement has been released, click New > Create a Delivery Agreement.

The system then opens the Edit – Create Sales Agreement page. The lines from the Blanket Sales Agreement appear in section Lines for Selection in the subpage on the left-hand side. The user selects the lines they want to create a delivery agreement for, then clicks From Agreement > +Select line(s) to move the line(s) to the area on the right, Selected Lines. When lines have been selected, the quantity to be delivered can be changed in the area Selected Lines subpage on the right-hand side. To change the quantity, click in the quantity field and type in the desired quantity.

When the lines and the desired quantity have been selected, then the delivery agreement is created by clicking To Agreement > Create Document.

The system automatically creates and opens the new delivery agreement document. Click here to see more details and information on Delivery Agreements.

In the Blanket Sales Agreement header, the numerator Deliveries is updated and displays the delivery agreements created from the blanket agreement. Click on the number to view a list of created delivery agreements.
