Storage Receipt Agreements
User guide to Storage Receipt Agreements
This feature allows the user to Receive Pallets that you will be storing for a customer and place the pallets received into a specific place in the Warehouse. Here is a step by step guide on how to use this feature.
Prerequisites
A Storage Receipt Agreement containing TI Lines.
Field in General tab of the SRA called “Active in Stream” determines if the SRA can be seen in the list of Agreements in the Stream Application.
The Agreement must also be “Released” so that is is visible in Stream.
Step by step guide
Click on “Storage Receipt Agreements” function in the main menu. A page containing all Storage Receipt Agreements that the user can pick to is displayed along with important info about the SRA such as the status of the Agreement, how many boxes/Trade Items have been received and more.
From this page, select the SRA you want to receive pallets from.
Once you have selected an Agreement you will see the Lines that exist in the Agreement along with information on how much has been received of each line.

Select the line that contains the product you are currently receiving, when you have done that there will be 2 tabs that you can view, one contains pallets that have been received but not placed in any bin. The other tab displays a list of pallets that have been received and placed in a bin in the warehouse. Above these tabs you can see the amount of Pallets and Trade Items you have received of this product.

From this screen there are four ways of receiving a pallet. The operation you are going to use depends on if you want to create a new pallet barcode from your system or use the existing barcode that was used by the sender of the pallet.
If you wish to create a new pallet barcode from your system to replace the existing barcode on the pallet, this is how you do that:Press the “+Create Pallet” button that is visible in the top right corner of the screen.
When you do that you will see this pop up on your screen, here you can specify the number of Boxes on the pallet (this field is by default set to the amount of boxes it takes to fill one pallet, so you should not need to change this when receiving full pallets).
You also have the option to print or not print a barcode for the pallet, in this case it is by default on, because you are replacing the existing barcode on the pallet with a new one.
Press confirm to confirm that you are receiving the Pallet.
Skip to step 7 if you are going to be using your own barcodes and don't care about how to use existing barcodes.
In this step I will demonstrate the 3 possible ways of how to receive and use the external barcode on the pallet.
Normal scan with a barcode scanner
If you have a connected barcode scanner you can simply scan the external barcode and get to the next step.Manually enter the barcode
Scroll up and you will see an input field where you can manually enter the pallet barcode.Use the camera
For this to work, there should not be a barcode scanner connected. To use the camera simply scroll up and press the camera icon that is besides the input field, then point the camera towards the barcode. All the functions above take you to the following pop up screen. Just like the pop up for a new pallet barcode, where you have the option to modify the number of boxes are on the pallet and print the pallet label, but that option is not selected by default because there is already a pallet label on the pallet.
If that pallet label is not damaged, you should not need a new one.
Press confirm to confirm that you are receiving the Pallet.
Now you have successfully received a pallet, either with a new barcode or an external one.
In this next step you are simply going to place the pallet to the desired zone and bin.
If you have read the previous functionalities in this User Manual this screen might seem familiar. That is because it is. It is almost identical to the “Move Pallet” screen when the user is deciding where to put the pallet.
The small difference here is that in the top right corner you can see a print button that can be used to print the pallet barcode. (Can be useful if the current barcode is damaged or ruined).
Also the user has the opportunity to modify the amount of boxes are on the pallet. To place the pallet you simply select a zone and bin for the pallet and press confirm.
Just like in Move Pallet, barcodes or QR codes can be used to select the bin. When you have received everything you can go back to the screen containing all the SRAs active in stream.
From there you can select to close the Agreement. When you do that, the following confirmation pop up screen is displayed where you can confirm the action.
When that has been done the Agreement will no longer be visible in stream because the field “Active in Stream” will be updated.
This is all that is to SRAs within the Stream application. Wrapping up the agreement must be done within Business Central.
