To set up the Sales Organizations ID numbers, go to the FSO Setup page.

Information about the Sales Organizations can be found in the excel file. See more.

Webservice User and Password is provided by the Sales Organizations. See more.

Vessel Setup

In the FSO Setup page there is a checkmark for the fields Create Vendors from Vessel Creation for the Vessel and Create External Producer from Vessel

If these checkmarks are in place the system will create Vessel and link External Producer to the Vessel automatically.
