There are two ways to reserve trade items. 

  • Through the Delivery Agreement

  • Through the Blanket Sales Agreement

Reserve in Delivery Agreement

There are several ways to reserve trade items in a Delivery Agreement. The user can either reserve trade items from inventory or by producing/purchasing.

Reserve in Blanket Sales Agreement

The following methods can be used to reserve trade items in a Blanket Sales Agreement.

  • Supply-Driven Reservation - A supply driven selection where the focus is on fulfilling customer’s requests for items which are available in inventory.

  • Demand-Driven Reservation - A demand driven selection where the focus is on fulfilling customer’s requests for items to be delivered when available in inventory.

  • Pallet Reservation - Contains both a demand driven and supply driven selection of pallets.

  • Create a Production Agreement - Create a production agreement from the blanket sales agreement to reserve the items.
