Manage Related Receipt Agreements is used to connect Receipt Agreements to Delivery Agreements and thereby fill in the lines. Click Actions > Receipt Agreements > Manage Related Receipt Agreements. Notice that there are no Receipt Agreements connected to this Delivery Agreement and the
A new window opens, where the user is able to allocate an existing Receipt Agreement to the Delivery Agreement. Click Agreements > Allocate Receipt Agreements.
Another window opens where all the available Receipt Agreements are displayed on the left-hand side in the Available Receipt Agreements list and the selected ones are displayed on the right-hand side in the Selected Receipt Agreements list. To select an available Receipt Agreement, the desired agreement is found in the Available Receipt Agreements list. Then in the ribbon, click Available Receipt Agreements > Allocate Receipt Agreement.
Notice how the line has moved to the right-hand side, in the Selected Receipt Agreements list. Click Synchronize > Synchronize with Delivery Agreement to sync the connection between the Receipt Agreement and Delivery Agreement. Then close the window.
The lines in the Delivery Agreement will then have turned bold and green. Meaning the items in the Delivery Agreement have been reserved from the Receipt Agreement.
