Welcome to the documentation for Wisefish Warehouse.

Product Description

Overview

Wisefish Warehouse is designed for companies that are receiving, storing and delivering goods in pallets. Wisefish Warehouse supports companies that have simple processes, whether they are large or small. The system is well suited to work on pallet level and the user can create picking lists and there is support for handheld devices both when products are being received or delivered.
The system has a cost functionality that can be applied to own products or external products for those who have external products within their warehouses. The cost can be calculated at pallet level or based on the weight of the product.

User Interface

Usage Examples

An example of use cases for Wisefish Warehouse would be a medium sized production company that stores it products in one or more freezers on pallets. They deliver their products in pallets to customers by containers or trucks.

An example of company that is not suitable for Wisefish Warehouse would be a medium size company that stores it products and deliveres them one box at a time, from more than one pallet to one or more pallets. It is also not suitable for companies that have complex picking routes and need optimization in picking routes.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does they system support discount for the first X days? No not currently but it is being considered by the product developement team.

Can you use external barcodes and scan the trade item into the system? Yes you can and using a barcode scanner.

Licensing guide

The Wisefish Warehouse is an Add-On module for one of Wisefish base packages. A prerequisite for a Wisefish Warehouse license is minimum 1 user of Package 1, 2, 3 or 4.

Use of Wisefish Warehouse requires a Base license (is this per Installation or Per company???)), plus a per User license (same quantity as number of Wisefish Package Users).

Wisefish Peripherals

Wise Fish Peripherals offers a mobile option that enhances the capability of Wisefish Warehouse. There is functionality to combine and split up pallets, display pick lists and the ability to scan trade items in and out of areas.

Wisefish Print offers the option to print pallet labels directly from Wisefish. Wisefish print enables users to use Bartender to create pallet labels and enables secure method of printing from the SaaS.
