If the company has different certification per Stock Center (producer), then those Certification Programs can be registered for each Stock Center (either through the list or the card).
Through the list click on Related > Stock Center > Certification Programs.
Through the Stock Center Card click Related > Stock Center > Certification Programs.
The user then enters the certification programs for the stock center.
