In Wisefish the user is able to generate a view of how many certified items were sold over a specific time. By searching for the Certification Program Inspection/Analysis for Delivery Agreements.
A new page open up. Click Overview > Create Overview for Certification Program Inspection/Analysis.
The user selects the certification program. It is possible to inspect only delivery agreements with certified items in it by enabling the field below the certification program code. Click Create Overview for Certification Program Inspection/Analysis to generate the overview.
The page will reload with all the information. The information filled out in the last two fields depends on what is set up on the customer. The field Certified Net Weight (BWU) will be filled out if the items sold were certified and the customer expected certified. The field Diff. Net Weight (BWU) will be filled out if the user’s customer was expecting certified items but the items sold were not certified. The field Contains Certification Program for Inspection will be checked if the delivery agreement contains certified items and will be empty if the delivery agreement contains no certifications.
Note that in versions prior to INSERT CERTIFICATION VERSION OF WISEFISH there was a field in the delivery agreement lines that the user filled out. This field no longer exists, however if the system was upgraded the fields filled out prior to the upgrade will continue to have their value to not skew the results of the overview page.
