The Credit Delivery Agreements are used to reverse a closed Delivery Agreement and make the Trade Items available again.
Create a Credit Delivery Agreement
Find the Delivery Agreement to be credited and ensure that the status is equal to closed and that it is linked to a Posted Sales Invoice. Then click General > Create a Credit Delivery Agreement
A new page opens, where the user selects the Delivery Agreement Lines to credit. In in the left tab, select the line(s) to credit, and then click From Agreement > Select line(s) in the ribbon to move the line(s) from left to right (from Lines for Selection to Selected Lines).
To select multiple lines, click on the three dots and then Select More.
The line(s) should now be under the Selected Lines tab. Click To Agreement > Create Document to create a Credit Delivery Agreement.
The system creates a new Credit Delivery Agreement for the selected Delivery Agreement lines.
For each Credit Delivery Agreement line (in this example there are two lines of the same product and therefore this will be done twice), select the trade items that were returned by clicking Process > Select Trade Items in the Credit Delivery Agreement ribbon.
A new page opens where the user moves the closed trade items back to the trade items inbound lines. Click on the line and then Reservation > Reserve Trade Item.
To move between the items in the credit delivery agreement lines click Agreement Lines and then Previous or Next depending on whether the user wants to go to the previous or next line. View the header to see which line the user is located in (highlighted in yellow below).
The reservation is repeated for all item lines.
Release the Credit Delivery Agreement.
Then click Invoicing > Create Posting Document.
The status of the agreement is automatically changed from Released to Posting and the new Credit Sales Invoice opens up. Click Posting > Post to post the credit invoice.
The system will ask the user to confirm whether they would like to credit the delivery agreement. Click Yes to confirm.
The system then confirms that he Credit Memo has been posted. Click Yes to open the Credit Memo and No to close the window.
Return to the Credit Delivery Agreement where the Status is now Closed and the counter for Posted Credit Sales shows 1.
If so configured, then the returned trade items are reserved back to the original Delivery Agreement and the Delivery Agreement Lines regain their green and bold font. Alternatively the trade items are returned to free stock.
