Simple Process Flow of Registering Certification Programs

Below is a simple process flow of where Certification Programs are registered:

Certification Programs

The system allows the user to set a base certification. If a certain Certification is set as the base certification it becomes the main certification of the users operation. This can affect certain things in WiseFish, such as X.

Items

It is possible to set certification programs on items, although the certifications set on the items are not X.

Purchase

When purchasing raw materials, the vendor stock center(s) need to have certifications in place and if they are not in place on the vendor stock centers they need to be in place on the vendor card itself. If they are both in place on vendor and vendor stock center, the system will pick up the certifications on the vendor stock centers.

Production

The certification registry of the company can be recorded centrally (if the certification is the same for all Stock Centers), that is setting the certification programs up in the WiseFish Setup. If Stock Centers should have different Certification Programs the user can set up certification programs independently on each Stock Center. If the user has set up certification programs centrally, the system will automatically use the certification programs on the stock centers.

Sales

It is not required to have certifications in place on the customer. For example if a customer wants to only see one out of four certifications then only the one the customer wants to see will appear on the report.
