To select Trade Items for the Internal Sales Agreement click Select > Select Trade Items.
The system then opens the page Select Open Trade Items to Internal Sales Agreement. On the left side of the page, in the box Open Trade Items for Selection, inventory will be displayed according to the filters. The user selects inventory to reserve to the Internal Sales agreement in the box on the left, then clicks Open Trade Items > Reserve Trade Item. This will make the selected inventory appear in the box Selected Trade Items for IS on the right side and make the selected inventory in the box Open Trade Items for Selection be marked in red.
When the selection page has been closed the line/s selected will be populated automatically in the agreement.
Remove Selected Trade Items
The user can remove the selected inventory from the agreement by clicking Select Trade Items > Unload Trade Item or Selected Trade Items for IS > Unload Trade Item. The line to be removed has to be selected before using this action. Once the action has been clicked the line on the left-hand side will become black again and the line on the right-hand side will be removed. When the user is satisfied with his selection he selects Close on the bottom of the right hand side of the page. The action can be found in two places.
Edit Quantity of Selected Trade Items
The use can edit the quantity of the selected inventory by clicking Select Trade Items > Edit Selected Qty on Trade Item or Selected Trade Items for IS > Edit Selected Qty on Trade Item. The line to be edited has to be selected before using this action. When the user is satisfied with his selection he selects Close on the bottom of the right hand side of the page. The action can be found in two places.
A new window opens where the user is able to edit the quantity of the trade items in the Internal Sales Agreement. There are two fields that can be adjusted, the Trade Items and Quantity. The number that is When one is changed, the other changes automatically. Click OK when the changes have been made.
Note that the amount that is put in, is the amount that will be left in inventory. For example, the selected trade item entry has a total of 10 units but the user only wants 8. The number of units is then changed from 10 to 2, since that is the amount to be left in inventory.
The lines in the Internal Sales Agreement will then have updated.
