Reservation of Trade Items to Delivery Agreement
Next, the Trade Items need to be reserved for each Transport Unit. From the Manage Delivery Agreement Lines for Transport Unit page click Transport Units > Manage Agreement… for each an every transport unit on the page.
Prior to this next step the Delivery Agreement line has to be connected to Transport unit (transport unit no. 1 in this example). In order to reserve the trade items click Select Trade Items to Agreement Line.
The Reserve Trade Items for Transport Unit page opens up where the corresponding Trade items are selected:
Notice how the FactBox section marked Transport Unit on the right hand side, updates after selecting trade items.

When the Reserve Trade Items for Transport Unit page is closed, the appearance of the connected delivery agreements changes for the corresponding transport unit.
Green indicates a fully reserved Delivery Agreement line.
Yellow indicates a partial reserved Delivery Agreement line.
Red indicates that too many trade items have been reserved.
Black is neutral and if the text is black the user still has to reserve Trade Items.
Bold and black means that the Trade Items have been loaded.
The status of the Transport Units will automatically become In loading when the Trade Items have been reserved.
And the lines in Overview on Allocated Delivery Agreements Lines afterwards have also turned to green as an indication of being fully reserved:
