Allocate Delivery Agreement Line to many Transport Units

If a delivery agreement line does not fit within one transport unit as a whole, there is a way of dealing with such scenario.

First the Delivery Agreement line is connected to Transport unit (Transport unit no. 1 in this example)

The delivery agreement line has 20 pallets with the weight of 20 tons.

The user can change/split the Delivery Agreement line by changing the fields; Planned Trade Items (Base), No. of Trade items Per Pallet and Planned No. of Pallets.

For instance, decrease the value in Planned No. of Pallets field from 20 to 10.

This will affect how the Delivery Plan in the FactBox is represented for corresponding transport unit as a whole.

When the delivery agreement line is again selected into different transport unit, the suggestion for Planned Trade Items (Base) and Planned No. of Pallets will take into the account what has been planned previously for other transport units.

For transport unit 2, use the option View Selected Lines in Other Transport Units.

The list of available delivery agreement lines will then show entries which have previously been selected into transport unit 1:

By selecting the same delivery agreement line again into different transport unit 2, we're able to manage multiple allocation of transport units to a delivery agreement line.

Notice how Overview on Allocated Delivery Agreements Lines changes afterwards – The column No. of Transport Unit (Alloc.) at this point is showing how many transport units have been selected to individual delivery agreement line.

The Sales Agreement Line FactBox on the right hand side displays related transport units which the corresponding agreement line has been allocated into, for further details.
