Create a Receipt Agr. from the Quote Agreement

When the quote has been accepted and a purchase must be conduced, a Receipt Agreement is created out of the Quote Purchase Agreement.

To create a Receipt Agreement …

  1. Click General > Create a Receipt Agreement.

  1. A new page opens up. The next step would be to select the line(s) to move the lines from Lines for Selection to Selected Lines.

  2. Then click Receipt Agreement > Create Document.

  • The status of the Quote Agreement becomes closed.

  • The new Receipt Agreement pops up.

 

It is possible to see connected agreements from the Quote Agreement itself.
