Vendor's Stock Center

If the vendor is selling certified raw materials from different original producers that have their own certification licenses the Certification Program Register can be recorded for the connected Stock Centers.

To open the Vendor’s Stock Centers click Actions > WiseFish > Stock Centers.

A new window opens which displays the vendors stock centers. Click on the Stock Center and then on view.

On the external stock center card under the General tab there are certification related fields, Certification Process and Valid Certifications. These fields are vital to the setup. There are three options in the Certification Process field:

• No Certification - This is the default value and indicates that the stock center is not certified.

• Single Certification - Use this if this stock has one certification.

• Multiple Certifications - Use this if the stock center has multiple certifications.

The user is able to click the number in the Valid Certifications field. By doing so a new page opens where the user registers the certifications to the stock center.

The user can also access the registration page by clicking Related > Stock Center > Certification Programs.

The registration page is shown here below where the user can enter the certification programs for the stock center.
