Layout of the Receipt Agreement

This chapter illustrates the layout of a Receipt Agreement and it’s main components. Note that it depends on the company which fields and actions are required and/or being used.

Actions

All Actions for Receipt Agreements are either located at the top ribbon or by lines.

General Header

The General tab at the top of an Agreement page is often referred to as the Header of an Agreement. The system creates a number for new Receipt Agreements automatically. In the header a Vendor is selected and the system automatically fills in the fields according to the configuration of the Vendor Card. This information can be edited and changed in the Receipt Agreement. It is possible to edit white fields but grey fields are locked for editing.

Lines

Information about the products that are being purchased are listed in the lines. The Receipt Agreement lines can have different statuses depending on the stage of the Purchase.

The details of the product lines (Trade Items) such as bar code, production date etc. are however kept in a sub table called inbound lines.

The color of the text in the receipt agreement lines indicated the status of the Trade Items (TIs).

  • Green and bold means that the trade items in receipt agreement lines match the trade items in the inbound lines (e.g., 10 TIs ordered and 10 TIs in inbound lines).

  • Yellow means that trade items in the inbound lines are less than the trade items in receipt agreement lines (e.g., 10 TIs ordered but only 8 TIs in inbound lines).

  • Red means that trade items in the inbound lines are more than the trade items in receipt agreement lines (e.g., 8 TIs ordered but 10 TIs in inbound lines).

  • Black is neutral and if the text is black the user still has to reserve Trade Items.

Extended Text

InterCompany

Only visible and used if the WiseFish intercompany functionality is used. Usually, all fields are filled in automatically based on setup tables.

Invoicing

The information about invoicing and the terms and conditions for the vendor are listed here.

Shipping

Information about shipping and logistics e.g. receipt of the product, in which warehouse the product is delivered, delivery terms, etc.

Warehouse Task List

Only showing statuses and only if the WiseWarehouse module is in use.

Foreign Trade

Information about the currency of the agreement and the the transport method.

Harvest

Reception of slaughtered fish can be recorded in the Harvest tab. More information can be found here.

Fishing Trip

General information for a Fishing Trip.

Repacking (IC)

Only visible and used if the WiseFish intercompany functionality is used. Usually, all fields are filled in automatically based on setup tables.

FactBox

A FactBox is located on the right side of the Receipt Agreement page and it is divided into one or more parts that are arranged vertically. This area is used to display content including other pages, charts, quick overviews and analysis tools.
