Changing a Product in a Delivery Agreement

The products that are scheduled to be delivered are entered in the blanket agreement lines. If one or more deliveries contains a product that needs to be changed, the system permits the user to do so if certain requirements are met. The user must beware that pack/master definitions can be different between the original product and the substitute product. It is therefore only the weight unit that can be relied upon to give accurate information.

In the ribbon of the Blanket Sales Agreement click Schedule and Cost > Planning for Scheduled Deliveries to view all of the planned deliveries.

Example: Two products to be delivered on 1/20/2023: 00000001 Cod Fillet - Loin and 00000002 Cod Fillet - Small Fillet.

Product 00000001 needs to be exchanged for product C300 in delivery agreement DA2300007.

First it is necessary to check the field Allow Item No. Variation in Delivery, in the blanket agreement lines.

If the box is not checked, an error message appears when trying to change a product number in a delivery agreement.
